In Sinister smile's 1, you make your way through the underground of
'Smiley's Arcade' Fun Center.  Only to figure The Engineer was hunting you.
A game full of Puzzles, Chase & Jumpscares.

Sinister Smiles 1 ended on a cliffhanger, where you were running away from the Engineer.
